These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of seven01trades.com (the "Service") operated by Seven01, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, subscribing to the Service, or using any feature of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Seven01 is a subscription-based information and educational service focused on a disciplined pre-market trading methodology. We publish one focused pre-market opportunity when a setup qualifies. When no opportunity satisfies the methodology, no trade may be issued.

Nothing provided by the Service constitutes individualized investment, financial, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security. All trade information is provided for educational and informational purposes only.

Members control their own brokerage accounts and make their own trading decisions. Seven01 does not custody customer funds and does not place trades inside members' brokerage accounts.

Membership is $99 per month. New members are charged at signup and covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee — if you cancel within 14 days of your first payment, you receive a full refund. After the guarantee period, membership is month-to-month and may be canceled at any time, subject to our Refund Policy.

We reserve the right to revoke membership for violation of these Terms, including sharing trade information with non-members or attempting to manipulate the Service.

Each trading day, a published pick (when available) is posted to your member dashboard. An email alert is sent at approximately 6:45 AM ET; the trade is intended to be entered at 7:01 AM ET. Delivery times may vary, and no trade is guaranteed to be issued on any given day.

Members may opt in to receive web push notifications through their browser or device. Push notifications alert you when the daily Seven01 setup is released and when important trade-status updates occur, including entry window activation, target hits, stop hits, time exits, and livestream alerts.

Push notifications require a supported browser and, on iOS devices, adding the Seven01 site to your Home Screen. You can disable push notifications at any time in your browser or device settings. Consent to receive push notifications is not a condition of any purchase.

Push notification delivery depends on your device, browser, and network connection and is not guaranteed. Email alerts remain the primary notification method for all members.

We do not guarantee any specific outcome, profit, or performance. We do not publish or display performance statistics until documented, time-stamped figures are available. Any historical information is provided for context only and is not a guarantee of future results.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
