Refund Policy

Membership is billed monthly at $99. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation stops future renewals. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.

New members are charged the membership fee at signup. If you are not satisfied and cancel within 14 days of your first payment, we will issue a full refund of that first payment. Contact us or cancel from your account page — your cancellation request is automatically flagged for our team to process the refund.

Refunds are typically processed within 2–3 business days back to your original payment method.

After the 14-day guarantee period, renewal payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Because trade information is delivered immediately and is time-sensitive, refunds are not available for partial billing periods after the guarantee period has passed.

You may cancel at any time to stop future renewals. Cancellation stops the next scheduled charge but does not refund the current billing period. You retain access through the end of your current paid billing cycle.

To request a refund, use our Contact page and include your account email and the reason for your request. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within a reasonable time.

Physical items purchased from the Seven01 Store (apparel, accessories, gear, and hardware) may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. To initiate a return, use our Contact page with your order number and the reason for the return.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. A restocking fee of 10% may apply to hardware and electronics. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within a reasonable time after the returned item is received and inspected.

The Seven01 Complete Trading Setup and bundled software licenses are non-returnable once activated or registered. Custom or personalized items are non-returnable. The Seven01 Signal Mug is a concept product and is not yet available for purchase.
