Live Room Agreement

The 7:01 Room is a members-only livestream that provides impersonal educational market commentary about a published, rules-based pre-market setup. It does not provide individualized investment advice. Seven01 does not execute trades for members and does not access or control member brokerage accounts.

Each member independently decides whether, when and how to trade. Prices, fills, slippage and individual results will vary.

As a condition of access to The 7:01 Room, you agree that you will not:

• Share your account access, credentials, or session with anyone.
• Rebroadcast, retransmit, or redistribute the livestream in any form.
• Redistribute setup information in real time to non-members.
• Screen-record the stream where legally enforceable.
• Publish the active ticker publicly before the setup closes.

Access is limited to one concurrent device per membership. Short-lived, signed access tokens are tied to your account. You may reconnect after an internet interruption, but simultaneous use on multiple devices is blocked and may result in session revocation.

Technical controls discourage sharing but cannot guarantee that screen recording or redistribution is impossible.

Open member-to-member chat is disabled during an active setup. If questions are offered, they are limited to general methodology and platform topics. Seven01 does not answer individualized questions about position sizing, suitability, or specific entry and exit decisions.

Seven01 may revoke a compromised session without canceling your membership. Violation of this Agreement may result in termination of access and, where appropriate, cancellation of membership under the Terms of Service.

The 7:01 Room is educational. Seven01 does not guarantee that a setup will be published on any given day, that the livestream will be uninterrupted, or that any result will be profitable. Trading involves substantial risk of loss.
