Conflicts of Interest and Personal-Trading Disclosure

Last updated: August 2026

1. Potential conflicts

Seven01 personnel may hold or trade securities discussed in published setups. Because Seven01 publishes a defined pre-market setup, personnel may have an interest in the securities referenced. This disclosure is provided so that members can evaluate the potential for conflict.

2. Personal-trading policy

Seven01 personnel may trade securities included in published setups using their own capital. Seven01's policy is to distribute the setup to members before personnel enter the featured position. When a setup qualifies, Seven01 personnel may enter at or after the designated 7:01 AM ET entry window. Seven01 personnel do not purchase the featured security before the setup has been distributed to members.

Position sizes may vary, and Seven01 personnel may receive different prices or fills from members. Personnel may also exit at different prices or times based on actual execution, liquidity, technical conditions or risk management. This personal trading creates a potential conflict of interest that members should consider when evaluating the published information.

Seven01 personnel trade only through their own accounts. Seven01 does not custody member funds, access member brokerage accounts or execute trades on behalf of members.

3. Impersonal commentary

The 7:01 Room and all Seven01 content provide impersonal educational market commentary. They do not provide individualized investment advice or recommendations tailored to any member's circumstances. Members make independent trading decisions in their own brokerage accounts.

4. No custody or execution

Seven01 does not custody member funds and does not place trades in member accounts. Any trading by Seven01 personnel is conducted in the personnel's own accounts and not on behalf of members.
